Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Load/unuck construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Maintain organized job sites and report equipment issues
- Participate in scaffolding setup and temporary structure assembly
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
