Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Read basic blueprints and execute simple layout instructions
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Willingness to travel between Baltimore, MD and PA job sites
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
