Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site prep
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Support team members to ensure timely project completion
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (not mandatory)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
