Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Support various construction tasks as needed by project leads
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide on-the-job training
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Ability to follow safety guidelines strictly
