Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site
- Load and unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Participate in team-based projects to meet daily construction goals
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
