Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning work sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, drywalling, or concrete pouring.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Load and unload trucks with lumber, tools, and debris efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and marking areas.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we teach you everything you need to know!
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
