Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal to maintain safety standards
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Participate in scaffold setup and basic concrete finishing
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and project timelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn construction trades
