Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, power drills) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform demolition and debris removal tasks efficiently
- Support concrete pouring and finishing operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Complete daily progress reports for supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
