Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople on residential/commercial sites
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work zones
- Follow OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Prepare sites for daily operations
- Assist with basic concrete/finish work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license & reliable transport
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Basic math/measurement skills
- Strong work ethic & punctuality
