Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized, hazard-free work environments
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as directed
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
