Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic construction tools safely (shovels, saws, drills)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Participate in team-based project execution
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance
Qualifications

- Valid driver's license preferred
