Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain a safe and organized job site following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated areas
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Support team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to site supervisor
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
