Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support various construction phases including framing, roofing, and finishing
- Participate in team-based projects to meet daily goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and weather
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No construction experience necessary – we train!
