Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, shovels)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support framing, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks as directed
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal throughout the workday
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—we train on the job!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety compliance
