Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with material handling and site preparation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site maintenance duties
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and safety protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and site-specific regulations
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, heights, noise)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across metro Phoenix
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
