Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and debris removal
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Support equipment setup/operation under direct supervision
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level position with training provided
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
