Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain complex plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve emergency leaks, clogs, and pipe failures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Lead apprentice plumbers and coordinate project timelines
- Perform advanced pipefitting, welding, and fixture installations
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in backflow prevention and water treatment systems
- Proven emergency response and troubleshooting skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
