Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites and perform general labor tasks
- Participate in team-based construction activities
- Complete daily equipment checks and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
