Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints, instructions, and safety protocols rigorously
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to ensure safety and efficiency
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembly
- Participate in daily safety briefings and site inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
