Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Safely operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup duties and waste management to maintain project efficiency
- Participate in team briefings and project milestone celebrations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
