Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work sites
- Read blueprints and interpret construction documents for task execution
- Load/unload equipment and materials using proper techniques
- Perform concrete finishing, framing support, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and heights
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for lateness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
