Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation including cleanup, debris removal, and material staging
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials safely and efficiently
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Support skilled trades with tasks like trenching, concrete pouring, and framing
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must possess reliable transportation
