Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Follow construction plans and safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Maintain organized and clean job sites
- Participate in team-based construction projects
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Albuquerque
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA-10 certification (company-provided)
- Pass background check and drug screening
