- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Assist with concrete preparation and finishing tasks
- Support demolition and site cleanup operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
