Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform basic excavation, grading, and concrete finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools under direct supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety protocols
- Complete equipment pre/post-operation inspections
- Support sustainable construction practices
- Document daily progress via digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- No experience required – all training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
