Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by debris removal and equipment management
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to execute construction activities
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in project-specific training to develop trade competencies
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
