Responsibilities
- Perform Weekend Emergency Repairs: Respond to and resolve residential and commercial plumbing emergencies, including burst pipes, major leaks, and water heater failures.
- Diagnose Complex Issues: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify root causes of plumbing problems and provide efficient, long-term solutions.
- Fixture Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain a variety of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters.
- Drain Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform hydro-jetting and camera inspections to clear clogs and maintain optimal drainage systems.
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact professionally with homeowners, explain technical issues in plain language, and ensure a 5-star experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols while working on-site.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid and active Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience in residential and commercial settings.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shift required).
- Skills: Proficiency in pipefitting, soldering, threading, and blueprint reading.
- Driver’s License: Valid, clean driving record and current driver's license.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
