Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation and cleanup tasks to maintain safety standards
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for project execution
- Operate hand/power tools under guidance (hammers, saws, drills)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No experience necessary – training provided
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
