Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks (digging, cleaning, measuring)
- Operate hand/power tools safely and under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform site preparation tasks (clearing debris, setting up barriers)
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Ohio
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
