Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (saws, drills, levels)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely using proper techniques
- Perform general cleanup duties and debris removal
- Participate in team projects with a positive, collaborative attitude
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
