Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and HVAC) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials from trucks to work sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely under strict supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal, sweeping, and trash disposal.
- Measure, cut, and prepare raw materials for construction projects according to specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic site blueprints and daily task instructions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we are looking for hardworking individuals ready to learn.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic understanding of math for measurements and material quantities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
