Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and construction tools
- Perform site preparation, demolition, and debris removal
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Inspect work areas for hazards and report issues
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Collaborate with day-shift crews for seamless project transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material calculations
