Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and blueprints
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs), digging, and debris removal
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and quality inspections
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
