Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
