Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under mentorship
- Operate diagnostic tools and equipment for pipe/joint inspection
- Perform drain cleaning, fixture repairs, and water heater maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and Texas plumbing codes
- Assist senior plumbers on commercial and residential projects
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Dallas metro
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing apprentice certification
