Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform trenching, excavation, and debris removal tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support skilled trades in framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
