BuildRight Construction Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Construction Laborers. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training! Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment under proper supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and verbal instructions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
