Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with construction tasks and debris removal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project guidelines
- Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout work shifts
- Participate in team-based construction activities with positive attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
