- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hat, boots, etc.)
- Complete basic tasks like debris removal, excavation support, and formwork setup
- Adapt to changing project needs and weather conditions
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid state ID or driver's license for verification
