Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading building materials and tools.
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of foremen or skilled tradespeople.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
