Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and safety perimeter maintenance
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for task execution
- Operate hand/power tools safely under guidance (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Support skilled trades with material staging and workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Document daily progress and report equipment/safety concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Louisville metro
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Team player with clear communication skills
