Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and moving materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely (training provided)
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols
- Complete daily reports and documentation as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
