Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including demolition, site prep, and cleanup
- Safely load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain organized, hazard-free work zones
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support infrastructure projects across NYC boroughs
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train motivated candidates
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
