Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, shovels)
- Follow blueprints and instructions from senior crew members
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines
- Support skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
