Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators on-site
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Follow site-specific safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reports
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites across El Paso County
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-paid)
