Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and carrying materials
- Participate in team projects to ensure timely project completion
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
