Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and transport to designated work areas
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Read simple blueprints and follow instructions from supervisors
- Perform general labor duties as needed to support project timelines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we provide on-the-job training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Washington County
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
