Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision (hammers, shovels, levels)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Support skilled trades with material handling and task assistance
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in team briefings and daily site inspections
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
