Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with equipment setup, material transport, and prep work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project-specific requirements
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment issues
- Complete daily timecards and follow site-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass mandatory background/drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction site safety standards
- Punctuality and strong work ethic with positive attitude
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
