Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform site excavation, trenching, and earthmoving tasks
- Assist with concrete pouring and finishing operations
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
